When I think of the theme “Healthy Tree Healthy Me” it reminds me of the tree in my backyard. That tree has been a comfort place for me since I was little. I would climb it, read and play in it, and at one point my dad even put in a tire swing for me and my sister. The tree has been a bonding place for me with nature and with my family. I took this picture on a day when I wasn’t in the best mood. I looked into my backyard and the sun was just peeking through the branches and leaves; in the moment it looked so beautiful, and it helped me get through the day.
