The meaning in “healthy tree healthy me” is  that the photo is about trees at sunset. I was  hanging out with a friend  when we  took this  photo because we all thought it was really pretty and a good picture to use and the trees were in a good spot for the picture.this photo got taken at my house down at my arena and we were sitting on the ground watching the sunset.
