When we see this tree, you face the darkness of winters past, but  can see the ever approaching light signifying spring bringing new life after the long and dark months. Flowers will bloom on the branches of the healthy tree, filling the world with peace and joy. Like trees, we often feel tired and worn out in the winter season, but as a tree when the dawn approaches sooner and our flowers bud, there is a peace we find in ourselves. Though this tree needs time to bloom, so do we, and we will bask in these longer days together until we no longer feel the darkness of the past, but the light of the future.
