This photo relates to Healthy Tree, Healthy Me in multiple ways. First off, it includes gorgeous trees and other surrounding nature. The trees in the photo are from an area that often gets a lot of rain and sun, so they get great care. Second off, to take this photo I had to go on a nature walk, this had many benefits. As I was walking around, I realized that I was doing physical activity. Which was healthy for my body at the time. Another thing that I noticed while wandering around the woods was that it was not only healthy for me physically, it was healthy for me mentally. Participating in the nature walk made me feel relieved, the sounds soothed my brain. Everything I saw was truly beautiful, and everything I heard was just distanced calming echoes.
